Carb cycling for a week

  1. I did this 2 weeks ago before my vacation. I did 2 high carb days and the rest low carb. I really liked this diet, it left me feeling satisfied and I wasn't tempted to overeat. I made some tasty meals. I had lost 3 lbs(water weight). There is probably short term methods more effective to lose water weight but this felt right for me. I think as a more long term diet I'd probably be able to stick to it more than any other diet.
