Rice porridge on rye bread, vegan cheese, black olives. Don't ask.
I buy oat fiber from the US ( I live in Australia and it's soooo much cheaper to buy direct), add raw cacao,stevia, cinnamon, pb2, baking powder and water and convince myself it's muffins...... I'm currently scared of carbs, haven't had bread in a year or biscuits, cake etc.. also shit scared of fat, so in my completely f***Ed up head these "muffins" feel like a treat. The only problem is I tend to binge on them and then feel guilty even though the calorie count is next to nothing.
My next thing is fake custard, aka almond milk, cinnamon, stevia thickened with xanthan gum........
Why do we do this to ourselves?????!!! Thank god I live by myself hehehehe...

i was just thinking that your combination might actually be tasty, as people do have pumpkin pie/pumpkin spice yogurt!
Also, i sometimes try to ruin foods by coming up with gross combinations, but then i occasionally end up liking it? LAst night, i tried a Sugar Free twizzler in marinara sauce. I spit it out, due to fear of eating in general, but the taste was not horrible
So I made this combo the other day that looked gross and might sound gross, but it was delicious. I had some leftover cooked brown rice, and mixed it with fat free cottage cheese. It was delicious but boy if it didn't look like chunky vomit lol
its not gross but more like strange, (if you cant tell, i really love bbq sauce)
-crackers with barbecue sauce (this actually wasn't bad)
- dry chex cereal with barbecue sauce (this wasnt really that awful either)
- baked beans with crackers (this is actually good as hell)
- bbq sauce on a pickle
- i made meringue cookies and replaced the tartar with lime and it kinda tasted like shit but wasnt too bad
- i tried to make macaroons and i replaced the almond flour with normal flour and it was just gross, doughy and too sweet
- i tried putting almond milk in coffee(im pretty sure the almond milk was spoiled) so i poured it out, never again
We always called this 'swamp water'!
Last night I had purple cabbage sauerkraut with pomegranate seeds mixed in, all in the same bowl as my salad (lettuce, cukes, leeks, etc). It was interesting in a good way, but I am a weirdo.
Lazy ass didn't wipe the paring knife and ended up with garlic seasoned grapes (yes, I cut my globe grapes in half!). Do not recommend. An angry clash of flavours.
The crows were ok with them, though.
I mean I fed them to the crows outside, I don't eat crow meat.
I don't know if this is the right thread to post this in, but I just had to share this.
Below is a list of 3 dinners my family ate tonight. Match the dinners (A, B, C) to the person who ate it (1, 2, 3). Answer in spoiler.
A. Homemade spicy red lentil soup, 1 piece broiled salmon, water
B. 2 cups of cherry greek yogurt (yogurt on top only, cherry jam bottom discarded), halved green grapes, soy milk
C. 4 turkey hot dogs (in a bowl with no bun), 3 Tbs smooth peanut butter spread on hot dogs, 1/2 Tbs honey, 2 Tbs raisins sprinkled on hot dogs, green tea with lemon and ginseng
1. 42 year old male, no ED
2. 33 year old female, AN
3. 4 year old male, no ED

Honestly I used to do protein pudding all the time! I had several different flavors so would switch it up. I would have it cold though vs hot, and whip the hell out of it to ensure all the powder got dissolved. I got a little burnt out on the consistency eventually because I ate it all the time LOL, but now I’ve started making a “protein ice cream” treat with quest protein powder (the peanut butter is my fave for the ice treat!). I make it with like 2/3 the water it calls for, make sure it’s fully mixed, out it in the freezer for 1 hour to 1.5 hours until it’s not quite frozen solid but sort of a “slushee” and eat it with a spoon. I love it!!! I’m kinda weird though so who knows lol.
I am in the UK and really want a source for oat fiber so I can try to bake alternative goodies for myself. Sigh.
That's the company in the US where I get it from, shipping is really cheap and super fast, it's quicker to get stuff from them then it is to get items posted in Australia!!

Tofu "yogurt" which was literally just soft tofu, vanilla extract, and stevia in a blender. It's one of the grossest things I have ever tried to make. There are so many reasons why I try not to experiment or "be creative" when cooking food and this is evidence. Also, my sad attempt at making a dinner is cauliflower rice burned to a crisp with an inhuman amount of dijon mustard on top and lettuce cups to eat it in.
haha i mean today i ate pickles and mustard to try to ward off a binge. And I ate a plain hamburger bun... Tbh I mostly just eat very plain things. Used to eat a single sweet potato for dinner and mom thought it was weird, I thought it was yum. Mustard on rice cakes, licking plain soy sauce...
pickles and mustard and hot sauce, which SOUNDS gross but honestly isn't that bad and can ward off hunger pangs.
i once microwaved some egg whites with a fat free string cheese because i thought it'd be like "healthy cheesy scrambled egg." spoiler alert, it wasn't. not even close.
I don't have any weird concoctions cause i'm a lazy bitch and don't like preparing food but these are all so creative lol

How did I miss this? I am definitely trying it - I have a big vat of the Salted Caramel powder in my pantry right now.
Not gross taste wise but gross that someone would do this-
Whenever there is or was nothing sweet or bingeable in the house, I used to melt butter, honey and brown sugar in the microwave before adding rolled oats and mixing it all up and eating it. Fatass.
