Post pictures of your meals (Recovery Edition!)

  1. Last night my dad and I made this awesome no-carb/gluten-free pizza. I only ended up eating one slice, but it was super good. We used a wheatless, cheese and flour-based dough, tomato paste, sautéed onions and green peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, and a ton of mozzarella cheese. I have no idea how many calories were in it, and I'm really happy about that.

  5. Ive decided to give recovery as much of a shot as I can. I really want this so badly.

    Lunch the other day. I'm not a photographer, but it was roasted tomatoes, onion and zucchini, carrots, corn, boiled egg, sweet potato, veggie sausage and spinach.

    I could not decide so I literally just had a bit of everything in the kitchen lol.

  9. @fadingbella , oatmeal bros! oatmeal with nut butter is my staple breakfast. gonna take pictures tommorrow and I love the idea. how much ab do you add if I may ask? (my quest for the perfect creamy oatmeal yea xd)

    Mint pea soup with toasted fermented and sprouted 3 grain toast that I made for lunch today. I just made a bunch of vegetable stock, like almost a gallon, so I’ll be having soup for lunch and dinner quite a bit lol I don’t know what the nutritional info for homemade vegetable broth is, and I don’t care! This was delicious

    I roasted sweet potatoes for the first time myself a few nights ago- in olive oil! They came out so good, I want to do it again one night.

  14. First quesadilla has potatoes o Brian and some vegan cheese in it, the second has chickn' and vegan cheese in it. I found gf tortillas that aren't total garbage so I've been experimenting with combos. They make decent bean burritos if you toast them after filling it. The other picture is of BBQ tofu with veggies with buttery corn. I had another ear after I had my plate cause it was so good. I'm either having homemade vegan nachos or baked veggie egg rolls for dinner so I'll post pics if I remember to take them lol[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    Every morning I'm still continuing to have egg white oatmeal with fruit and nut butter! The almond butter packets have been a life saver, as I'm too nervous to have a full jar of PB in the house since I've been prone to eating a ton of it in one go and I'm scared to do it even more. : (
     
  19. @noneofthebelow I know your post was from a couple of weeks ago but potatoes o'brian in a vegan cheese quesadilla??? Oh my gosh, I am going to try that ASAP!
